A Musician’s Journey into the Akashic Records

The Akashic Records have long been a source of intrigue and inspiration for those seeking a deeper understanding of life’s mysteries. The concept originates from theosophical teachings in the late 19th century, with Helena Blavatsky and others describing “Akasha” as a universal life force and a repository of every thought, action, and event throughout time. C.W. Leadbeater later identified the Akashic Records by name, suggesting that clairvoyants could access them to uncover insights. Over the years, this mystical concept has evolved into a practical tool for personal growth and spiritual exploration.

This summer, I embarked on a transformative journey to learn how to access these records through a comprehensive course. This experience not only deepened my connection to the Akashic field but also set me on a path to help others discover the profound guidance the Records can offer.

Learning to Access the Records

The course I took was an intensive dive into learning how to access the Akashic Records for myself and others. From the outset, it was clear that this was more than just a theoretical exercise; it was an invitation to engage with a sacred space of wisdom and insight. The group of participants was small but diverse, with individuals from around the globe. Scheduling reading exchanges with classmates proved challenging due to time zones, yet it was a rewarding experience to connect with people from such varied backgrounds.

One of the most significant aspects of the course was learning to trust the process. It’s common for beginners to question whether they are merely making things up during readings. I experienced this doubt myself, as did many of my classmates. However, over time, I came to understand the authenticity of these readings through two key realizations. First, I found myself providing insights to others on subjects I knew nothing about, yet these insights resonated deeply with them. Second, when I revisited readings I had done for myself, I recognized a depth of wisdom that seemed far beyond my normal state of mind. These moments reinforced my faith in the Akashic Records as a legitimate and powerful source of guidance.

Masters, Teachers, and Loved Ones

One of the unique aspects of working with the Akashic Records is the relationship with the Masters, Teachers, and Loved Ones (MTLOs) who oversee them. These benevolent beings serve as guides, offering support and wisdom during readings. While I am fully conscious during readings and do not enter a trance or speak in a different voice, I feel a profound sense of partnership with the MTLOs. Sometimes, when addressing clients, I use “we” to reflect the collaborative nature of the process, while at other times, I use “I” to share my personal perspective.

After completing the course, the MTLOs played a pivotal role in helping me craft a heartfelt thank-you card to my instructor. The card expressed my gratitude for her dedication and guidance throughout the course, and she later shared that it was the first card she had ever received from a student. This moment underscored the deeply personal and meaningful connections fostered through Akashic work. I also sent a card to my friend Kristi Murphy, who had referred me to the course. Kristi, a seasoned practitioner who had taken the course three times, inspired me to embrace this journey fully.

Launching Akashic Readings by Dennis
