Dennis Winge Music provides live performances and related services. As such, most purchases are non-returnable due to the nature of the offering.

Returns are accepted for defective products only, such as digital downloads or merchandise that arrive damaged or do not function as intended. If you believe you’ve received a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to request a replacement or refund.

We do not accept exchanges for any products or services.
